The Municipal Golf course in Llanes is located between the vilages of Cué and Andrín, 4Kms to the east of the town. It is an 18 hole Scottish links type course. Par:71

White Poles: 5.859 metres. SSS: 72 Yellow Poles: 5.687 metres. SSS: 71

Blue Poles: 5.009 metres. SSS: 72. Red Poles: 4.699 metres. SSS: 71.

It's beautiful location allows you to enjoy the most fantastic panoramic views of the town with the Sea of Cantabria to the north and the imposing mountains of the Sierra del Cuerra to the south.

Prior to the area being taken over by the Llanes council it was originally an airfield belonging to the Spanish Air Force and was known by the pilots as the "Portavion"(The Aircraft Carrier). because landing there over the sea was similar to putting down on the deck of a carrier. Today however the location is devoted solely to your pleasure.
