The Senda Costera (Coastal Path) takes you from the border with Cantabria right through the Consejo of Llanes and beyond. This well marked and maintained path allows you to enjoy some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in the north of Spain.

Our coastline is of Karstic rock and is honeycombed with caves and Bufones (Blowholes) that have been created by the action of waves coming in from the Atlantic Ocean over millenia.

Along the length of the path you will encounter many of 38 wonderful beaches that are just a part of the natural paradise that is Asturias Oriente.
